Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, physically-demanding practice which strengthens the body and calms the mind.
It weaves together a specific series of postures aimed at integrating movement and breath.
Ashtanga is particularly good for cultivating core strength, flexibility and mental focus.
It also encourages self-practice which allows you to take responsibility for your own development.

A powerful but fun class that flows in and out of the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series – a mind/body workout that develops core strength, flexibility and awareness.
