Yogasara: discover the essence of yoga in the heart of Bristol

Gill teaches Yoga rooted in the hatha and ashtanga traditions.

She began teaching in 2004 and currently teaches at Yogasara and The Berkeley Centre in Bristol. She also teaches anatomy, physiology and injury prevention for teacher training courses throughout Bristol and London.

Since 1998 Gill has worked as a chartered Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal medicine and pain management from the body-mind perspective.

Her teaching emphasises foundation, breath and alignment and provides an opportunity to develop a ‘self-practice’ whilst respecting that each individual has their own incentive for arriving on the mat.

She works with all levels of student from those requiring therapeutic Yoga to the advanced Yoga practitioner.
