Dynamic vinyasa flow at 2.30-4.00pm Thursdays with Jennie Hillman from 7 January to 29 July.

Co-ordinate posture with the rhythm of the breath to develop a dynamic yet meditative practice.

Creative sequences energise and uplift while individual hands-on adjustments help you to deepen your practice.

All welcome: for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Drop-in: just turn up and unwind (yoga mats supplied).
