Finding Your Voice – Using Yoga to empower and free your voiceFinding your voice - singing mouth

The workshop can be attended as a single day or works well as a sequence of three, providing a powerful platform on which to build and develop your voice. We will use asana and breath to create a strong physical foundation from which to explore your voice. Play with raw sound, find authentic vocal expression from the heart, sound yourself into form. Deepen your awareness of your internal strength, using the body as an instrument.

Also a nurse and reflexologist, Sarah teaches the therapeutic benefits of yoga whilst offering a class that celebrates the creative flow of life.

We have an 8 week rolling course class especially for people experiencing persisting problems around pain and illness. This is specifically for people who want to work in conjunction with Gillian Hurst to create a program of practice that they will then engage with.
