Towards Autumn at Yogasara
Don’t let lazy sunny afternoons lull you into slumber: Yogasara is open all summer to keep you on your toes.

Uma-Dinsmore Tuli’s women’s yoga classes and Dan Lee’s Taijiwuxigong (Chi Kung) and bodywork sessions will be taking a break from the end of July to early September, but Yogasara’s other regular sessions will continue through August and September to greet the falling leaves when Autumn comes around again.
Melroy Mukwaya continues her Iyengar yoga foundation class at 5.45pm Mondays and Caroline Gill carries on teaching dynamic yoga flow at 5.45pm Tuesdays throughout the summer break.
There are four ashtanga yoga sessions to choose from each week, with Chris Gladwell offering Mysore style drop-ins on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.15pm and Gill Hurst leading her Wednesday sessions at 5.45pm for beginners and 7.00pm for all.
Anjali Hollingsworth continues her kundalini yoga class at 10.00m Tuesdays and Bethan Riach her dynamic hatha yoga class at 5.30pm Thursdays. Jon Lee will also carry on offering his acupuncture, tui na and qi gong clinic every Friday afternoon from half past twelve.

We are also working hard on redesigning our website, which is due for relaunch by the end of the summer. It will include more information about all the teachers, details on hiring the studio as a venue for your own courses and workshops and a flexible new interface adapted to the changing needs of the community.
