Fitness Pilates with Claire Robertson
Fitness pilates combines the fundamental pilates technique with fitness-based exercises designed to identify postural imbalances and then support you to improve your optimal performance.
The pilates-based exercises aim to:
- increase muscular balance and strength
- improve posture
- facilitate your body’s ability to function at peak performance
- improve core and back strength
All classes welcome mixed ability from seasoned body workers to the beginner.
Claire Robertson is a fully qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor (BWY and Fitness Professionals) with a degree in dance and religious studies who has been teaching in the local community for the past five years.
