Qi Gong
Qi Gong for Health and Energy. Qi Gong means energy practice, and is a broad term encompassing practices for mind, body and spirit.
In some ways it may be thought of as Chinese yoga. If you are a yoga practitioner it can be interesting to drop in to a qi gong class to see how the different flavour can inform your core practice.
Qi Gong includes movement and meditative aspects that are designed to train the perception, improve the ability to relax, and promote health, clarity and strength of mind and body.
