Chris Gladwell

Chris has been practicing yoga daily for thirty years and has been teaching yoga for twenty throughout Europe and Asia as well as in the UK.

Sarah Harlow

Sarah is accredited to teach by the Yoga Alliance and co-founded Yogasara with Chris Gladwell to share her enthusiasm for yoga and her commitment to the creation of a community yoga space.

Gill Hurst

Gill is a practicising physiotherapist and acupuncturist who is also an experienced ashtanga yoga teacher.

Bethan Riach

Bethan is qualified to teach primary series ashtanga yoga and is studying for the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance teacher training diploma.
