Class Passes and Prices
Intro pass
New to the studio? Purchase an intro pass for 14 days of unlimited classes (£25). It’s a great way to get to know the studio and our teaching team, and to find the classes you love.
To buy your pass, go to our timetable and select “passes”. When booking a class using your pass, choose the “intro” ticket option for that class. Please note that at least one class must be booked at the time you purchase your intro pass.
Some classes have a limit on the number of intro places available.
The intro pass can only be purchased once per person and is for one person only – please don’t use one pass to book multiple people. Once your intro pass has finished, if you’d like to keep coming we recommend a 5-class or 10-class pass.
Class passes
Purchase a 5 or 10 class pass for in-person classes at Yogasara studio.

5 class passes are valid for four months (125 days) from the date of first usage, 10 class passes for six months (185 days). Passes are non refundable and non transferable.
How to buy and use a pass
Open the Bookwhen Passes page and add your chosen pass to the basket. Bookwhen will then ask you to add at least one eligible class ticket before checkout. This links the pass to your first eligible booking; the pass validity period runs from the first booked event.
Use the same email address when buying the pass and whenever you book with it. Bookwhen links the pass to that email address.
If your pass does not appear, check that you are using the same email address and that the ticket you selected is eligible for the pass. You can view remaining pass uses by logging in to your Bookwhen account. If it still does not appear, email info@yogasara.co.uk with the email address used to buy the pass and your booking reference.

Payment
All classes need to be pre-booked online. Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before the class. Cancellations will be refunded in full within 14 days of cancellation.

Concession rates are available for anyone on low income, including (but not limited to):
Unemployed • Full Time Students • Over 65s on State Pension • Universal Credit • Employment & Support Allowance (ESA) claimants • Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment claimants.
If you fall into one of the above categories, or are otherwise on low income, please select the concession option in our booking system.
Some of our classes have a limited number of low cost ‘community class’ places at £5 per class. These are intended to further support people under significant financial pressures.
