Hatha Flow for Wellbeing

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A steady Hatha Flow class suitable for all.

We will explore the foundations of Yoga practice – Breath, Asana, Meditation & Yogic Philosophy discovering how we can meet each of these to enhance our individual Wellbeing. Remaining curious with each posture as we feel for Steadiness & Ease both emotionally and physically and the transitions between these.

With clear instructions and hands on facilitation, my passion is to offer you realistic practices that you can take off your mat and into your everyday life. An opportunity to develop more awareness, acknowledge where you need more support and take responsibility for You & Your wellbeing.

Katie Despres is a 1000 hour qualified Hatha Yoga teacher with the IYN. A senior teacher at Yogasara and experienced Transpersonal/ Wellbeing Coach.
