We will explore the foundations of Yoga practice – Breath, Asana, Meditation & Yogic Philosophy discovering how we can meet each of these to enhance our individual Wellbeing. Remaining curious with each posture as we feel for Steadiness & Ease both emotionally and physically and the transitions between these.
With clear instructions and hands on facilitation, my passion is to offer you realistic practices that you can take off your mat and into your everyday life. An opportunity to develop more awareness, acknowledge where you need more support and take responsibility for You & Your wellbeing.
