These challenging and often dynamic classes have a focus on healing through work in a safe space with alignment and breath. The evening classes vary in style and pitch depending on the vibration and needs of the students while the morning classes are a strong hatha flow called Himalayan Hatha.
The aim is to experience Yoga.
Yoga is unity.
Unity of breathe, movement, stillness.
past, present, future.
birth, life, death.
phsyical, intellectual, spiritual.
The teachings are passed down from the lineage of my two teachers, my Guru Yogi Ashokananda and my mother, Rinah Karson.
Dayananda is the name bequethed to me by Yogi Ashokananda and means “the bliss of mercy”.
I hope you will join me on this journey.
