Gently wake up the body in this nourishing Monday morning practice. In this practice we will both connect breath to movement and find stillness in asana, to find openness and strength within the body. This practice will encourage you to really connect with your body and will explore subtler energies within the physical body. This class also incorporates other yoga practices such as pranayama and mantra.
