Wind down your weekend with a deep, detoxifying asana Yoga flow into stillness. We will work to strengthen & soften the body & mind, moving slowly into stillness & with some time for deep relaxation & silent sitting. I draw on my background in Anusara Yoga, Hatha Yoga, & Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, as well as my deep love of music in my classes, incorporating chanting as well as meditation & breathwork.
All levels are very welcome, just be prepared to work deep & to sweat. I look forward to moving, breathing, & being, with you, & to co-creating in beauty & peace on a Sunday night.
