Arrive in a safe space and friendly atmosphere and be taken through a soulful journey through your body using your breath and conscious movement. A yoga ﬂow to allow you to feel into your own abilities and needs whatever they may be and deepen your awareness from within.
This practice is open to all levels of yoga asana ability.
I teach from a tantric perspective, using a safe step by step approach (kramas). This allows for all us as individuals to ﬁnd what our own edge is that day. I encourage listening to our bodies and practicing self care is a priority, also allowing space for a challenge to be taken. Expect to Build energy and strength and tone through the body, and at times exploring slower and more yin postures.
We will explore pranayama (breathwork), chanting, philosophy and asana to encourage a deep inner balance and calm the nervous system. All accompanied by a carefully selected music list.
Yoga is beneﬁcial to us for so many reasons. Aside from toning our bodies and building ﬂexibility, yoga can become your friend, a practice to go to when life gets a little confusing. Maybe even a life practice over time. Learning about the subtle energies within our bodies and minds gives us wisdom to experience life more fully and deeply.
