Come breathe, connect and move to the rhythm of your own body. As we weave together Asana (physical practice) Pranayama (breath) and Meditation.

Flowing through dynamic and static movements lead by our breath accompanied by thoughtfully selected music

Making space for your self, to be yourself as we build strength, awareness and stability internally and externally.
