This is an energising and empowering class. During each session we go through a different, progressive sequence heating our bodies with Ujjyai breath in this meditative and healing movement. It is a very grounding practice with an emphasis on vinyasa roots and foundations (Earth element), yet still full of optional variations for those looking for a positive challenge (Fire element) or creativity (Water element).
Relax, let go, stay focused, be present…yoga of consciousness.
