This 2-hour session is for students to delve deeper into their yoga practice, by developing or starting a self-practice. The space is facilitated by Hazel who will provide hands-on feedback where appropriate and guidance for those in need of some structure.
Hazel is a Chiropractor and Yoga Instructor and focuses on breath-led, embodied, safe practice, applying her knowledge of the human body and working with those with injuries. This is a valuable space to get 1-1 guidance on your yoga postures to ensure you are gaining maximum benefit from your practice.
The session is open to all, including beginners, and is flexible so students can join the practice when suits. The space will be opened with a group meditation and end in relaxation.
