Ash Bond


Building on over 10 years of training in multiple disciples, Ash’s playful and hands-on classes fuse the strength of Forrest Yoga and the soft surrender of Restorative and Yoga Therapy. Teaching from a place of truth and heartfelt compassion; Ash believes in the potential of her students to step into their own powerful selves.

Ash is a skilled community builder and creates an environment in her classes where all yogis are invited work together to build skill and confidence in their practice.

Yogis with injuries / pregnant yoginis welcome in all Ash’s classes, as they are slow and easily adaptable.

In this class we will learn to breathe deeply and connect in feeling with our bodies. This is a slow, but strong practice. Inspired by Ana Forrest's Yoga this is a full workout that builds flexibility, intelligence and strength while helping deepen the relationship with our authentic Selves.
