Beth has been practising yoga for over 7 years, and is a dedicated student of yoga as well as a teacher. Beth’s classes encourage students to connect with the subtle energies of the body and connect breath to movement, as well as incorporating pranayama, mantra and meditation. For Beth, yoga is a way for us to connect with ourselves, spirit and the world around us, in a time where many of us are so disconnected.
Beth encourages students to listen to their own unique bodies and utilises props and variations on postures, to encourage alignment and integrity within the practice.
