Callum Gillon

Yoga came into my life in 2014 after hurting my back working in a tyre factory. It was the first time where I made a connection with my body and straight away I knew there was something very special, deep and profound about the practice of yoga. The deeper I go into my practice the more space I have created in my life to do the things I want to do. I am now at a stage where I am ready to share what I know with others so they can also benefit from yoga.

I am also a massage therapist and bodyworker, specialising in Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue massage. The body fascinates me and I want more people to experience a deep connection and understanding of the body to enable healing, growth and equilibrium. I work at Yogasara Treatment rooms also.

I love life and I am for ever eager to learn more and develop as a teacher and student of yoga.
