I started my journey with yoga in 2014 after hurting my back working in a tyre factory. It was the first time I made a connection with my body and straight away I knew there was something very special, deep and profound about the practice of yoga. The deeper I go into my practice the more space I have created in my life to do the things I want to do. I am now at a stage where I am ready to share what I know with others so they can also benefit from yoga.
As well as teaching yoga I work as a massage therapist and bodyworker, specialising in Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue massage and currently doing further study in Sports and Remedial Massage.
The body, heart and mind connection fascinates me and I want to help more people experience a deep connection, understanding and enquiry to what it means to practise yoga
