Chloe’s classes are a fusion of understanding our need for mobility, strength and flexibility for a functional body, alongside the vast philosophical teachings of Yoga encouraging a feeling of spiritual well-being to bring about holistic health and happiness. She brings joy, energy, and a thoughtful approach to each class with the goal of sending you away feeling lighter and lifted.
She has over 10years of teaching experience which includes teaching Yoga and meditation to the Women’s Olympic Gold winning GB Hockey Team, supporting the NHS with meditation classes during lockdown, hosting retreat and wellness events in the UK and Europe, and she is trained in sound meditation, Chopra “TM” transcendental meditation, hatha, vinyasa, yin, yoga therapy and children’s Yoga. Her second love to Yoga is herbalism and nature from which she takes a lot of inspiration for her classes.
