I am delighted to share the treasures that I have found in yoga with others through my class at Yogasara. I attended the 250 hour yoga teacher training at here and am currently working towards deepening my yogic exploration on the advanced teacher training course which will lead to being a 500 hour trained teacher.
I also work as an architect for which a regular yoga practice is integral. I have discovered ways to find my centre, de-stress and reduce anxiety through my practice, and of course, to move my body, building strength and flexibility. I hope that I can guide you to find ways to remove that which doesn’t serve you to create space and strength to really enjoy life.
