Emma Edwards


I have been practicing yoga for 10 years, starting with ashtanga and then moving over to more vinyasa styles. I trained in Bristol in 2016 first completing my 200 hour foundation level and then my ATTC in 2017. I have also studied at the Sivinanda Ashram in Kerela. As well as being a yoga teacher I am also a clinical hypnotherapist and empowerment coach, which I’ve been doing for seven years. My real passion is combining solution-focused hypnotherapy and coaching with yoga to create classes that focus on mental wellbeing as well as physical health. As well as running classes I also run workshops and day retreats centred around self-care and wellbein
