I firmly believe that becoming embodied and aware through conscious yoga practise and other healing arts is fundamental to my ability to live a healthy and happy life. If we are connected to our breath, present in our bodies, centred in our hearts and aware of our mental processes then we can create more flow in our relationships and in our lives. This is something we can practise on and off our mats. I
have trained in various styles of yoga over the years in Thailand, India and London and completed an advanced training with Chris Gladwell and Sarah Harlow at Yogasara. I also practise massage, shiatsu, kinesiology and nutritional therapy. My passion is to share as authentically as possible the many gifts of yoga.
