Sam’s yoga experience has been rich and varied, spanning more than 20 years of practice. In this time she has studied and explored many different styles of yoga throughout the world. Her personal approach draws from several yoga traditions as well as 10 years of martial arts and tai chi training. She is also a qualified nutritionist and kinesiologist.
Sam’s teaching style is underpinned by her genuine passion of movement, her unending fascination with the body-mind, as well as her deep appreciation for anatomy and physiology. She is enthusiastic, approachable and light-hearted; striving to bring a sense of fun, freedom and openness to her classes. She instructs with detail and clarity, using alignment cues for optimal ease and stability in the body, alongside practices to take you beyond the physical aspects of yoga into your own sacred space.
