Yogasara Studio Reopening

As of the 25th July we are now open again for in-person classes.

We’re proud to have offered our space to the Bristol yoga community for the practice of yoga and the healing arts since 2008. We believe these practices are are needed now more than ever and can’t wait to see some of you back at the studio.

Online classes continue, and many of our in-person classes also offer an online option. All classes can now be booked online. Click here to find out what you need to do when turning up to class.

We want the studio to be a safe, welcoming sanctuary for students and teachers. We have taken extra measures so you can practice in a relaxed and safe space. These are based on the latest government guidance, as well as guidance from the Independent Yoga Network, Yoga Alliance and Sport England.

Lower Class Capacities

We have decreased capacities to allow for appropriate space between each student. There’ll be floor markings to show you where to roll out your mat. Changing room numbers will be limited to maintain physical distancing.

There will be at least 30 minutes between all classes so that students from one class will leave before the next students arrive.

Cleaning

We have hand sanitiser dispensers at the entrance of the studio, and you will find paper towels and hand dryers in the toilets so no sharing of towels. We are introducing an extra cleaning process to regularly clean door handles and contact areas.

Mats + Props

We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat and props.

The use of Yogasara equipment will be kept to a minimum and will be sanitised after use with 80% alcohol solution (World Health Organisation recommended formula). We will only provide mats, brick and blocks – no fabric props like bolsters, blankets, straps and eye pillows.
