Terms and Conditions

Course Cancellation

  • £500 (250 Hour) / £650 (Advanced) of your full payment or your first installment will be the deposit required to confirm your course place and is non-refundable at anytime.
  • If you cancel prior to the beginning of the course, we will refund the full course price minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • If you need to leave the course for any reason once the course has started, then you commit to paying £187.50 per weekend that has taken place, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. This includes weekends that have taken place but you have been unable to attend for any reason. The number of weekends elapsed is counted from the date that you notify Yogasara Training Ltd of your decision to leave.

Payment Requirements

After payment of the deposit, payment of the remaining course fees will be monthly by direct debit. Yogasara will send invoices each month and payment will be taken from your bank account automatically. A request will be sent out prior to the course to complete a direct debit mandate for this purpose.

Payment of the full course fees is required before a teaching certificate can be issued.

Missed Modules on the Course

You are required to attend all the modules of the course. To meet Independent Yoga Network criteria for minimum hours on teacher trainings, if you miss more than one weekend (or equivalent) of contact hours, these module(s) will need to be re-arranged and completed with the relevant teachers. Any costs incurred will need to be personally covered and can be shared between students. The teachers time is charged to you at £75 an hour.

Late Assessments

There are scheduled dates for the final teaching assessment as per the timetable, which you will receive prior to the start of the course. If you wish to have your teaching assessed outside these times, by having a Yogasara teacher attend your public or private yoga class, this will incur an additional assessment fee of £100 + travel expenses if required.

Pre-Reading Literature

You will receive a pre-reading list prior to the start of the course, books must be purchased by the students and isn’t included in the course cost.
