Bhakti Yoga
Raised in the Hindu faith and community, mantra has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. It was only later that yoga found me, and together, these two practices have shaped who I am and what I offer.
Mantra has been my lifelong companion and anchor. Through devotional chanting, sacred sound and a deep personal relationship with the deities, it has carried me through struggle and hardship. Rooted in the Bhakti Yoga tradition, it is the practice closest to my heart and the one I feel most called to share.
Yoga came later, but when it did, it opened within me something meaningful and transformative. Over the past 10 years, I have explored many lineages and traditions of Hatha yoga across several countries, guided and inspired by my teachers. My personal offering is rooted in the philosophy of honouring the teacher within, ‘Ong Namo, Guru Dev Namo’, expanding my practice into something deeply intuitive and personal, and it is this that I wish to share with others
