Hello, I am Charlotte, a qualified clinical reflexologist and reiki practitioner based in Bristol. ​

I practice a modern reflexology called Duopody, meaning “two feet”, which is exactly the way the treatment is given – on both feet at the same time. Duopody sees the feet as an anatomical reflection of the larger body, so every body system and organ corresponds to a reflex in the foot. As a non-intrusive complementary touch therapy, it means that reflexology can be given simultaneously to other treatments and any medication being taken. 

​My approach is holistic, so as well as attention being given to physical issues within the body, I can help you explore what is arising for you mentally and emotionally, as well as what I pick up energetically. I will use a range of techniques and refer to elements of Eastern medicine, acupressure, as well as the chakras when needed.

I am also qualified in Usui reiki, and studying my reiki master course until June 2024. If you would like to have a reiki session, which last slightly longer than reflexology (between 75 – 90 minutes), please call or email me directly and we can arrange this.
