Re:Source calming flow
There is so much hurt in the world, so that sometimes it can feel almost overwhelming just trying to stay afloat ourselves. I almost feel guilty for tending to my own needs instead of rushing to dedicate myself to a worthy cause, whatever that may be. But in actuality, our care for the world starts with our self-care, and this can ripple out like waves of peace of love through the oceanic web of our inter-being with all life. I practice so that I can be a better person off my mat.
Come join me every Sunday evening as we centre back to who we truly are, through embodied awareness and conscious, loving acceptance of how we are showing up in that moment. Also be prepared to get a bit silly and playful on occasions as it can all get a bit too serious sometimes! We will often have a lovely opportunity for a deeper ‘savasana’ (rest) at the end, too.
May this practice of yoga be a coming home to your Self, and through that boundless re-sourcing, may you move through your evening, week (and life!) with grace and joy.
