Jack
Krama Vinyasa
Jack started off practising yoga back in 2015, after being invited to a class by a friend. Although it took him a little while to start regularly going to classes, it was love at first practice. He had wanted to take up yoga (asana) due a chronic back injury that occurred aged 14. Within one class he could feel the benefits and now he wishes to help spread the joy of yoga, in all its forms, to his students.
Jack has a passion for humans, culture and society. He studied Human Geography at university and now works for a renewable energy company. He wishes to help individuals improve their physical and mental wellbeing, which will in turn bring communities together. He strongly believes in the tantric view that everything is interconnected, and aims to promote and share this in his classes.
Jack completed his teacher training at Yogasara and had the honour of being taught by two wonderful teachers, Sarah Harlow and Sam Burkey. He looks forward to sharing the Yogasara philosophy with his students.
