Jan-Ming Lee

Pantarei Somatic Bodywork Therapist: hands-on touch & empathic communication: body intelligence as energy, resource & strength.

The Pantarei Approach is a unique one-to-one therapy that combines hands-on touch and empathic spoken communication.

It uses an innovative somatic approach that empowers the client to tap into their body intelligence as energy, resource and strength.

This allows for blocked energy to move and release; for the client’s emotional, mental and physical parts to connect with more clarity. Often an expansion of breath and free movement happens as an integration process, which is supported if the client wishes to follow it.

“My body feels looser, happier, more fluid… I have more energy and vitality” – Sara
