Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy
I offer a safe and supportive space for us to explore whatever feels important to you, whether that is feelings, thoughts, or life experiences. Using mindfulness and somatic awareness we explore whatever arises in a non-judgemental, compassionate way. When we work with and process the unfolding experiences in this way, we gain more clarity on patterns and behaviours, and can begin to release trauma or stuckness. This brings an inner freedom and autonomy that allows us to be more ourselves and to live our lives more fully.
I am a senior trainee in Core Process Psychotherapy (UKCP accredited). I offer a mindfulness, body-based approach that uses the therapeutic relationship to explore how you relate to others, to the world, and to yourself. It blends Eastern wisdom and Western psychology to delve into the core of human experience and orientate us towards our innate goodness and wellness.
Seeking support can be a big decision, and the key to effective therapy is finding a therapist you feel comfortable with. I offer a free 30 minute meeting or call before sessions begin, so we can explore how it would feel to work together without any cost or commitment.
