Vinyasa Flow
Yoga is the backbone of my life — the steady support that has carried me through ups and downs, always drawing me back home to myself. I first discovered yoga in 2012, which sparked a journey that has unfolded over more than a decade, leading me to study, practice, and share yoga in retreat centers and studios across the world. I’ve had the joy of guiding over 50 yoga retreats in places as wild and beautiful as the Cambodian jungle, a remote Indonesian island, and the wilderness of New Zealand, as well as countless studio classes in Dublin, London, and Bristol.
I teach vinyasa flow with a focus on breath, moving steadily through creative sequences with clear guidance and plenty of options, so whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you can make the practice your own. I love the rhythm of vinyasa, the way we link breath and movement until they become one seamless flow, building a calm, steady strength that supports us both on and off the mat.
I aim to create a space that feels accessible, inclusive, and infused with lightness and humor — a place where you can completely relax, be yourself, and leave feeling joyful, revitalized, and a little more at ease in both body and mind.
