If you are living with the effects of trauma, sexual violence, anxiety, addiction, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, chronic stress or other life challenges, you don’t have to face them alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin moving towards meaningful and lasting change. Alongside my private practice, I work with a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence, giving me extensive experience in trauma-informed care.
I understand that every person’s story is different, and tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. While talking therapy is at the heart of my practice, I can also integrate creative approaches. There is never any expectation to use art in therapy, but it can be another way of exploring thoughts and feelings when words don’t feel enough.
Whatever has brought you to therapy, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but reaching out is often the beginning of positive change. I would be honoured to support you on your journey in a confidential, inclusive, and respectful therapeutic space.
