Revival Flow
I’m passionate about making Yoga inclusive and accessible, especially for those who might feel unsure if it’s “for them” and who face barriers to accessing Yoga spaces – this is something I want to learn more about and contribute to. I believe we all have access to “Self” energy, a term coined by Richard Schwartz who developed Internal Family Systems therapy, denoting that we all have a true wise, loving nature that is compassionate, creative, calm, clear, courageous, confident, curious, and connected.
Yoga alongside other practices and therapies can help us open to this – and to feel supported by a community along the way. I completed my 250hr training with Yogasara, where I’m now undertaking a 350hr advanced training. I’m also beginning counselling and psychotherapy training this year, and am especially interested in the inherent connection between our physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing, and how we can tend
to the multifaceted layers of our being.
Alongside teaching, I’m a writer. I love crafting creative copy and look forward to writing more about yoga, healing and holistic wellness. I also find joy and freedom in dance, music and festivals – movement and expression in all forms help me feel connected and alive.
Expect conscious flow, heartfelt space, and the invitation to come just as you are.
