I’m deeply interested in psychology and mental health, especially in how people overcome challenges, discover their passions, and create purposeful lives. My background in healthcare spans many years and settings — from dementia units, nursing homes, and private hospitals to mental health facilities and working as an ambulance care assistant.

These experiences have given me a close-up view of resilience, healing, and the different ways people navigate life’s obstacles. Beyond conventional healthcare, I’m drawn to alternative paths of living — whether that means finding new ways to earn a living aligned with one’s passion, or creating lifestyles not bound by traditional structures like mortgages.

My curiosity lies in how people design lives of authenticity, freedom, and purpose.
