Learn more about Yogasara

We are a small collective of Yogasara teacher trainees. Our teaching styles will vary, but at the heart of our class is the desire to share with you the gifts that the ancient wisdom tradition of yoga has given to us. A regular practice of yoga has benefitted each of us in profound ways and we want this practice to be accessible to every body. We have set up the community class as one small way to ensure that this is the case.
