Trisha Murphy
Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist
I’m a BACP-registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I work in a relational and collaborative way, drawing on different therapeutic models to meet you where you are. Clients often come to me with anxiety, self-esteem issues, identity questions, life transitions, or the impact of trauma, whether it seemed like something big or something small that stuck with you.
As well as working indoors, I also offer walk-and-talk and nature-based sessions, which can help bring a sense of grounding and connection. I have particular experience working affirmatively with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients, and I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe and tailored to you — whether you’re looking for help with a specific difficulty or space to explore yourself more deeply. Outside of therapy, I love climbing and spending time outdoors, which also inspires my interest in movement and nature as resources for wellbeing.
