Terms and Conditions for Spain Yoga Retreat with Sarah
The retreat is booked directly with Sarah Harlow (“the organiser”). Yogasara CIC provides advertising, marketing and booking services on behalf of Sarah Harlow for this retreat.
Payment Terms
Booking made before March 20th 2027
- A £350 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- The final balance is due by March 20th 2027.
- Earlybird pricing applies to bookings where the deposit has been paid and the full balance is received by March 20th 2027.
- Payments can be made in full by the due date or through regular monthly instalments, as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking made on or after March 20th 2027
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking
General terms
- Invoices will be sent one week before each payment is due.
- All payments are by BACS transfer to the organiser.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made on or before February 28th 2027 will receive a refund of the £350 deposit, minus an £85 administration fee.
- For cancellations after 28 February 2027, refunds will not be issued for any amounts already paid or due under the agreed payment schedule, as the organiser will have made financial commitments in relation to the retreat. However, if the retreat is fully booked and your place can be filled from a waiting list, the organiser will refund the amount paid to date, minus an £85 administration fee
- The organiser is unable to provide refunds for cancelled transportation (e.g., trains, flights) or other unforeseen events outside of their control. It is strongly recommended that participants obtain appropriate travel insurance.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel the retreat in exceptional circumstances, including if it is not possible to offer the retreat as advertised or if there are insufficient participant numbers. If the organiser cancels the retreat, you will be notified as soon as possible and all payments made to the organiser will be refunded, unless the cancellation is due to a force majeure event, in which case the Force Majeure clause below will apply. The organiser is not responsible for any separate costs you may have incurred in connection with the retreat, including flights, other travel, accommodation before or after the retreat, or insurance costs. It is strongly advised that participants obtain travel insurance to cover these contingencies.

Retreat Participation and Liability Agreement
- By attending the retreat, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in group yoga, meditation, and other physical activities.
- You are responsible for listening to your body, practising within your own limits, and letting the organiser know before the retreat about any health condition, injury, pregnancy, medication or other factor that may affect your participation.
- Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property or during activities organised by the retreat. The property owner and the organiser are not responsible for medical expenses or liabilities arising from such incidents.
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property.
Insurance
- All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal injury, cancellation, loss or damage to property, and personal liability.
Venue Requirements
- Finca del Álamo is required under Spanish accommodation rules to register guest information with the local authorities. On arrival, all guests aged 16 or over will need to show their passport or ID and to complete or sign an entry form.
- Finca del Álamo is a non-smoking retreat. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in bedrooms, apartments, communal areas, around the pool or elsewhere on the retreat premises.
- Participants are expected to follow any reasonable rules or requests from the retreat centre during their stay.
Force Majeure Clause
- The organiser is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations of the retreat caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters. In such cases, refunds or credits for future retreats will be considered based on the specific circumstances and granted solely at the organiser’s discretion.
Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, the organiser, retreat staff and the property. Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
- Your personal information will remain confidential and will only be used to contact you regarding the retreat. The organiser will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary to deliver the retreat or as required by law.
Complaints and Feedback Procedure
- If you have any complaints or concerns during the retreat, please inform the organiser as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken.
